Return & Refund

RETURN

To be eligible for a return, it will only applicable if an item is faulty but will need to be sent back to MORENA Cosmetics within 14 days after receiving your item.

Please ensure the products are sent back in its original package.

If you return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGE & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

Unfortunately due to the last few years of worldwide outbreaks and sickness, we will not be accepting any refund. Our customers hygiene and well-being is super important to us.
